NON-INVASIVE NEUROMODULATION · CONNECTED MANAGEMENT
Zentrix is building a platform of non-invasive neuromodulation and digital therapeutics—starting with overactive bladder and designed to expand into broader everyday health needs.

Intelligent neuromodulation for everyday health
OUR PURPOSE
Chronic symptoms follow people into every part of life. We believe professional care should be able to follow them too—quietly, respectfully and with less disruption.
Bring professionally guided treatment into daily routines.
Design discreet experiences around real people, not just clinical settings.
Turn home therapy and symptom records into more structured follow-up.
UNDERSTANDING OAB
Overactive bladder, or OAB, is defined by a sudden and difficult-to-defer need to urinate. It is usually accompanied by frequency and nocturia, and may occur with or without urgency urinary incontinence.
were estimated to experience OAB symptoms by 2018
Irwin et al., BJU International, 2011met the study definition of OAB in a population-based survey
Wang et al., Medicine, 2018Prevalence varies by population, age and study definition. These figures describe published epidemiology, not the addressable market for WisePulse.
THE UNMET NEED
Overactive bladder can interrupt sleep, travel, work and confidence. Some people remain undertreated because existing options may involve tolerability concerns, repeated clinic visits, invasive procedures or the burden of staying consistent over time.
OAB symptoms should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional. Similar symptoms may have other causes.
A sudden, difficult-to-defer need to urinate
Urinating more often than feels normal
Waking at night to urinate
Leakage associated with urgency

OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAM

WisePulse is a clinician-guided, non-invasive wearable TTNS system designed for home-based OAB management.
Place with confidence · Treat with ease · See your progress
A positioning patch and optimized electrode architecture are designed to support more consistent application.
Compact, discreet treatment designed to fit more naturally into everyday routines.
Session, adherence and symptom records support more structured follow-up.
Professional, connected home therapy—designed to be more accessible and sustainable.
HOW TTNS WORKS
TTNS delivers gentle electrical stimulation through surface electrodes near the tibial nerve at the ankle. The stimulation travels along nerve pathways connected with the bladder control system and is intended to support better regulation of bladder signals.
Electrodes are positioned on the skin near the ankle.
Afferent signals travel along the tibial nerve.
These pathways share spinal segments involved in bladder control.
Neuromodulation aims to influence abnormal storage and urgency signals.
The precise mechanism of tibial nerve stimulation is not fully understood. Individual response varies, and regular treatment and clinical follow-up may be required.
CONNECTED MANAGEMENT
The WisePulse digital experience is being designed to guide setup, record therapy, capture bladder symptoms and make follow-up conversations more informed.
Clear in-app instructions support confident use at home.
Session history helps distinguish incomplete use from limited response.
Track urgency, frequency, nocturia and leakage over time.
Relevant trends can support clinician–patient review.

CLINICAL FOUNDATION
The evidence below relates to tibial nerve stimulation and TTNS as therapeutic modalities—not to clinical outcomes generated specifically with WisePulse.
EAU guidance discusses percutaneous and transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation as options for improving OAB and urgency urinary incontinence symptoms.
EAU GuidelinesA systematic review reported supportive signals for urgency, frequency, nocturia and incontinence, while noting substantial variation in protocols and study quality.
Booth et al., 2018A small meta-analysis found no statistically significant differences in several reported bladder-diary and quality-of-life outcomes. Evidence certainty remains limited; this is not proof of formal equivalence.
Yang et al., 2021A multicentre randomized study supports the feasibility of a wearable, app-controlled home TTNS approach. The study evaluated another device, not WisePulse.
Liao et al., 2024Published modality evidence can support the rationale for TTNS. It does not establish WisePulse-specific efficacy, superiority, precision, safety or regulatory authorization. Product claims will be aligned with WisePulse-specific data and locally approved labeling.
A REPLICABLE PLATFORM
Zentrix is combining wearable stimulation, application guidance and connected management into a platform intended to extend across multiple needs—without losing sight of disciplined evidence generation.
NOW
Our first focus: clinician-guided home TTNS for long-term OAB management.
NEXT
A future application of the same non-invasive neuromodulation and digital-care platform.
FUTURE
Selected consumer-health needs where wearable neuromodulation can create meaningful, responsible value.
